Hi yall,

As promised, here’s the third edition of Ripple Rag! Thanks to Sami for reviewing it and Henry for putting it together. And also to all of the contributors to this issue, despite it being a “tad” bit late, it would not have been the same without your contributions! Anyways, have a good read, print it out to send it to friends, or sell it to the SF Chronicle if you’d like.

I plan on having one more issue out by the very end of this season (after T.I., probably before the end of season party) so please try and come up with ideas that I can put into the article and send me something) :]

Thanks~!

-Stanley

Homecoming Day Schedule

8 a.m. Arrive for canoe time trials (yes, go to bed early folks, it only happens twice a season!)

9:30 a.m. Regular practice starts, please only invite new paddlers that want to race in TI for sure to this timeslot since we want to maximize on paddling time for TI racers.

12 p.m. Homecoming festivities begin. Please tell alumni, and friends and family that are interested in just giving paddling a try but are uncertain of their committment level to this time slot.

Just as a heads up, homecoming will probably end around 4 or 5, so you can plan your Saturday evening accordingly.

So in summation, if you a Ripple be there at 8. If a newbie wants to race in TI for sure, be there at 9:30. If they want to give it a try/show up for lunch, be there at 12. TAHDAH!

Remember! COSTUMES PEOPLE! Jocks & nerds!
