It’s time, Ripples! We’re eating like kings and queens! We’re giving out awards! We’re giving out prizes! Then we’re going to celebrate!!!!
It was a very memorable year with lots of new friendships made and some old ones rekindled. Let’s get back together and tell those stories. Whether it be people falling off of mechanical bulls, Geo rocking the boat race world or people peeing in their pants, they’re all good and they’re all fun. Yeah?
The night’s dinner will be at PPQ Dungeness Island in San Francisco. On the menu? The most amazing garlic noodles (Not quite as good as Camila and Sami’s), 3 crab and more! Annnnnd … Ripples only have to pay $10. Amazing deal, I know!
Okay, here are the FAQs.
Q. What are we eating?
A. Menu is not finalized but probably, shrimp, 3 crab, pork, sea bass, chicken, string beans, garlic noodles AND get this, deep fried banana with ice cream!! SHUT UP! Deep fried banana with ice Cream? Eat them fast otherwise RayRay will clean up the leftovers.

Q. Do we have to dress up?
A. No. But I know that most of us will.
Q. Anything going on after dinner?
A. Knowing Ripple, YES!!! We’ll probably hit a local bar and/or a local Hong Kong dessert place in the area.
Q. I don’t see my Q above, or I didn’t get the evite. Now what?
A. Don’t panic. We have a contingency plan for this. Please email us with any questions at ripplesf@gmail.com.

Track Workout this Tuesday!
Hello Team!! I hope you had a wonderful weekend!
I will be hosting an awesomely challenging, yet fun track workout Tuesday, 11/16/10 @ 7:15PM @ Kezar Stadium in SF
What to expect?
A challenge. I’m modifying the traditional track workout, which primarily focuses on running speed, to include upper body, abs, and core exercises. It will be similar to what I’ve been doing during our land trainings on Saturdays, but it will incorporate more running. The total time of the session will be no more than 90 minutes, and you can leave whenever you need to.
What to bring?
Water, sports drink, gu, clif bar, etc.
Running shoes
Towel
Watch (to keep time)
Warm clothes to change into afterwards
Please let me know if you have any questions. Hope to see you there!
Happy Training!
